Gabucci is an upmarket menswear shop in Bath. We were originally commissioned to produce an e-commerce store but the site's launch increased footfall in the physical store substancially, 30% in the first year and continuing. This has lead to a lack of time for Gabucci to fully manage an online store as well. The site, however, manages to sell classic ranges that are readily available, to customers from the UK to Japan, with little work. We plan to revise the site early in 2012 to concentrate on further building the loyal shop customer base and to etail the core classic brands internationally and to reposition the site accordingly.
