Support Good support is fundamental to our service. We offer free 24/7 telephone and email support and have 24/7 access to our servers and technicians but probably even more important, we provide one to one support in person as long as you are working with us. If we're nearby we will come and help you set up your ipad but really this service is there to help you with any training and/or issues that are difficult to sort by phone. This can include advice on how to market yourself, how to get customers sign up in store, how to best add pictures to the site. We can usually see you within a couple of days unless urgent (then much quicker).
